This link opens the 2025 Budget Proposal. It is also posted below. These are the following highlights and also mentioned under "comment".
- The yellow left coloumn is for the 2025 budget requests. Budgeted items will be posted against Tithes (General Receipts)
- Coloumn 2, lighter yellow, are designated funds. Followed by "comment" that explains some budget request items and where the monies will be posted against. All comments have followed the Financial Policies and Procedures of ver. 09/10/09, # 4 (Budget Formulation) and #6, (Designated Funds).
- Cooperative Giving to SBC is kept to 15%
- These Items will be posted against a designated funds. They are:
- Item 112, Missions Ministry budgets for local outreach evants like feeding the homeless, water wednesday, 10/31, seafarers, candiis mission and philippine missions. All items will be pulled out from designated D01 , "Outreach Program" and Endowment Fund.
- Item 414 - Church Property Maintenance 2025 requests 30k that will cover church and parsonage parking lot resurface among other things. For 2025, 10k is pulled from the budget but 20k will be pulled out from D14, Restoration (Buildling and Grounds)
- These Items have restricted funds from 2024 that is used for 2025.

- 240 - Judgement House / Hallelujah Blast (407.75)
- 242 - Nursery Ministry (1,032.47)
- 251 - Stewardship Program (5.00)
- 336 - Associate Pastor (50.00)
- Unused Designated Funds are assigned to ministries and will follow stewardship guidline policies to request them.

- D06, Royal Ambassadors assinged to Children
- D07, Abra assigned to Missions
- D08, Audit Expenses assigned to Stewardship

- D12, Parsonage Solar Water Heater assigned to Property and Space
- D13, Use of Church Facilities autmatically reallocates by Treasurer but is assigned to Prop and Space
- D14, Restoration assigned to Property and Space
- D15, Landscaping assigned to Property and Space
- D16, Sanctuary AC assigned to Property and Space
- D17, Misc Offerings and Other Funds assigned to Stewardship
- D19, Transfers from Scholarships & Payments to recepients assigned to Scholarship / Stewardship
- D21, Apartment Ministry assigned to Property and Space
- D23, Cambodian Mission assigned to Mission
- D24, Philippine Mission assigned to Mission
- D27, Journal Entry to voide state checks, funds to General funds assigned to Stewardship
- On Personnel, the following are adjustments:
- Item 336 - Associate Pastor will be used to pay for Young Adult Specialist Chaplain Kyle McCool.
- Bookkeeper will have line item assigned by the treasurer and will be used to pay for the bookkeeping services.
- Item 330 - Church Secretary will be used to pay for staffing in secretarial work such as secrtary intern or any part time worker.
- Financial Process - FlowChart
- Stewardship approves to ammend the process that all source documents will be forwarded to the bookkeeper which includes bank statements, teller tally sheets and statement reports from other ministries. The policy should read: "financial secretary / bookkeeper"
