STEWARDSHIP MEETING 03/09/2026

Opening Prayer
Reports:
Orientation to the new member Mencie Penano is completed.
Katrina Dela Cruz will no longer be in the church payroll but in the preschool effective March, 2026. The change reflects the completion of rebuilding the church finances. Kat is now training Leslie to do the bookkeeping and statements. Katrina will now rebuild the preschool finance.
Signatories for Checking Account was transferred,
Teller's schedule is being followed.
New Business:
Approve change of signatures for Morgan Stanley
Disburse $10,000 from Mission Endowment Fund to General Fund as approved 02/2025.
To disburse the Donor gift received Feb, 2025 to the following accounts:
To scholarship - $1,000.00
To Endowment Mission Fund - Disburse $3,000.00
To amend budget line items as requested from the last council meeting via Properties and Space to reflect raise of utility prices:
316.1 - Parsonage utilities from $3,500.00 to $4,000.00
410.5 - Education Building Electricity from $6,600.00 to $7, 200.00
To merge two line items into one because the billing to this utility is no longer separate. 410.1 - Church Telephone and 410.2 - Church Internet to 401.1 - Church Telephone & Internet - $2,400.00.
